MILK STORAGE BAGS AND BOTTLES
We have two types of milk storage containers, namely;
Milk storage bag (disposable)
Milk storage bottles (reusable)
After you are done pumping. Decide whether to use the storage bags or bottles. If you are using the bag, pour the desired amount of breast milk. Use your two hands to release air from the bag and lock. Label your baby name, time you pumped, date you pumped, quantity you poured in the bag. Take a dip flat plate lay the milk on top of each other and store in the freezer or fridge
If you are using the bottles to store, measure milk, pour and cover with screw cap, label with details and store in the fridge of freezer

The breast milk storage bag are disposable they are for one time use why the milk storage bottles are reusable.
You can wash and sterilize the bottles but not the bags. The bags come presterilized. Just open, tear the seal and use.
